Based out of a custom-built, state-of-the-art distillery in Walthamstow, London, Burnt Faith was founded to break brandy out of its traditional, rigid conventions. Utilising the only imported Charentais pot still in the UK, Burnt Faith combines French distillation heritage with explorative, New World flavour creation.
By stepping outside the strict geographical constraints of traditional Cognac, Burnt Faith delivers an ultra-smooth, complex liquid profile designed to sip like a fine whisky and mix as fluidly as a high-end rum:
Multi-Grape Craftsmanship: Distilled from a carefully balanced blend of four distinct grape varieties - Trebbiano, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Muscat Blanc.
Innovative Cask Maturation: Aged across a unique combination of four distinct woods, including ex-Bourbon barrels, Pineau des Charentes casks, Cognac casks, and Ukrainian cherry liqueur casks.
Expanding Portfolio: Alongside flagship expressions like Batch 001, Burnt Faith features a range of fruit-focused craft liqueurs (including Triple Sec) and convenient, high-energy Brandy RTD cans.
